Poker: Skill or luck?

In 2012 Randall Heeb, PhD - an economist, statistician and professional poker player - testified in a Brooklyn federal courtroom that poker is a primarily a game of skill, not a game of luck. He conclusions came after analyzing 415 million hands online of no-limit Texas Hold 'Em. The court agreed. Heeb taught at Yale and holds an economics doctorate from University of Chicago .
