Psychologist Elizabeth Loftus has researched the reliability of eyewitness testimony and found it’s often not at all reliable. She testified for the legal teams of Ghislaine Maxwell, Harvey Weinstein, Ted Bundy, O.J. Simpson, Angelo Buono and Robert Durst.
